Why Mix It Up?
Since my daughter was born over twenty-two years ago, I’ve been making custom cakes to match what characters, activities or special item my daughter and her brothers were into at the time of their birthdays. With each cake, my skills improved and I started making cakes for family and friends until the word got out and my cake business was born!
I have done cakes of all types, as well as a variety of cupcakes. I work closely with clients and use impeccable attention to detail to achieve their dream cake, in both design and flavor. Eccentric to traditional, I want your cake to be one that you and your guests eat every last bite and brag about it afterward to your family and friends. After all, word of mouth is the BEST advertisement!

I offer a wide range of flavors. Feel free to mix and match as you like! Some common basic flavors include chocolate, vanilla, white cake and red velvet to more elaborate flavors like carrot cake, maple, lemon and more. Let’s not forget about the filling between layers of cake. You can choose something simple like vanilla or chocolate buttercream, or go more in-depth with homemade whipped cream and diced strawberries, fruit-based filling, chocolate mousse, and much more. To top it off, the preferred final decoration is an Italian buttercream frosting that is not too sweet or heavy for any palate. There truly is something for everyone and I will do my best to make sure you are completely satisfied!
